Hidden Animal

Grandma was playing hide and seek with a slimly friend during one of the frequent photo stops.  He hide so well that she was never able to find him, and the game could not continue.

Falling Rock

Unfortunately, Grandpa had a tragedy befall him last Sunday.  While closely examining a wall of pictographs a small seismic shake loosening the rock face.  Tragically, the only falling rock landing on his face.  After hours of plastic surgery he is now almost the same, though the medical professionals did say his personality would be permanently altered.

Grand Canyon of the Gunnison

This is either a picture of gneiss or shiest.  Metamorphic rock squished into the surrounding igneous rock.   We forgot what that process is called.  Quite scientific.

Woody and Smokey

Naturalist dad with his two woodland creature friends.  He knows that only he can prevent forest fires.  Just giving you a friendly reminded, "Give a hoot, don't pollute."

Fall

This is a lovely pictures of fall foliage.  It was taken by mom on the Grand Mesa.  It shows her prowess with the camera.

Mom also took this gorgeous photo.  It was taken near the town of Telluride
